Refund Policy


We want you to be happy with your purchase. We will issue a refund for any reason within 30 days for unused merchandise returned to us in its original condition and packaging.

If your merchandise is damaged or defective, or you feel an error has been made by us, please contactus within 30 days and we will make it right.

If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a full refund. You may still be eligible for an exchange or partial refund. In this case, please contact us first before returning your item.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts, or returned more than 30 days after delivery may be eligible for a partial refund or exchange, based solely on our discretion.

A refund will be processed and credited to original form of payment within 2 weeks of receiving the returned merchandise, per the process described above. Shipping is non-refundable, except in the case of defective merchandise or an error on our part.

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs and for insuring the package against damage and loss. We recommend using a method that provides tracking. We will not issue a refund for lost packages or items damaged during shipping. In these circumstances, you will be reimbursed by the insurance you purchase from the shipper.
